Notes: Made from the Chardonnay grape variety, on clayey soils. With a white gold color with silver highlights, it is a dry, supple and fruity wine. It gives citrus notes of grapefruit, lemon, with a slight tangy hint.
It goes very well with aperitifs, but also with varied salads, grilled fish and even sushi and goat cheese.
