Note:
Soft wheat color. Elegant nose with pronounced mineral notes, citrus notes, lemon and grapefruit, delicate notes of white flowers, dried fruits, almond, toasted notes. Oily, opulent palate counterbalanced by a fine acidity, a liveliness which carries the balance of this wine. Slender, complex, powerful, the palate combines notes of orchard fruits, pear, apricot, rhubarb and liquorice. A wine with great length, finish on white pepper.
Aging: 24 months -On lees in underground vats for 12 months; On lees in Burgundy oak barrels for 12 months. Unfiltered, unfined.
Pairing: “Seafood like lobster, white fish, or creamed chicken.
