When do you deliver? We deliver from Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded).
Where do you deliver? Now our delivery service is only limited to Hong Kong Island, but we will expend the range later.
How much is the delivery fee? We provide free delivery on orders of HK$1,000+. For order which is less than HK$1,000, each delivery charges HK$90.
What payment methods do you accept online? Only credit cards are accepted. AMEX / VISA / MASTERCARD.
Do I have to be at home for delivery? A call will be provided one day in advance with an estimated delivery time of your order. If you are not at home, we will leave your order at your building’s lobby.
How long does it take from order to deliver? We need at least one working day to process your order. When an order is placed we will allocate it for the next delivery day (Tuesday or Friday).
What is your returns policy?
- We accept returns within 30 days.
- No money refund is provided. We would only provide shop credit, which can be used within 30 days of receiving credit to purchase replacement item(s).
- Returns can only be made in shop.
- Item(s) have to be returned with the original receipt and in original condition.
- For the case of cork taint, we provide full refund with shop credit (can be used within 30 days). In such scenario, the item should contain at least 80% of the original wine volume.
- For faulty item(s), we maintain the final decision on returns, and have the right to limit or decline a return if item is not in accordance with our returns policy.
- Promotional item(s) are not eligible to be returned.
- Please note that refund on shipping fee that has been charged for delivery is not available.
Can I cancel my order? Once the payment is made, it cannot be cancelled.
