Notes:
From the most Northern part of Languedoc, with south-east facing hillside at an altitude of 350 m. The Merlot and Cabernet Franc duo (aged in vats) draws from it a blooming, intense nose, declining the small red berries, and a full, round, greedy mouth, which plays on an ideal compromise between freshness and maturity.
Fooding Pairing: It pairs well with Grilled Red Meat.
