Notes: Shallow frank ruby colour. Expressive nose of ripe fruit, blackcurrant, blueberries then notes of fresh tobacco and currants on the finish. The palate is supple, greedy combining flavors of spices, cocoa and black fruits, blackberries, morello cherries. It accompanies charcuterie, grilled white meat, chicken, skewers, vegetable tians and tomatoes in olive oil. It is advisable to drink it slightly cool in summer.
