What is the Delivery Fee? $90 / order.
Above $1000 spending, receive FREE Delivery.
What payment methods do we accept online? AMEX / VISA / MASTERCARD. No Cash On Delivery accepted.
Do I have to be home for delivery? We will call you one day in advance, to provide you with the estimated delivery time of your order. In case you are not at home, we will either leave the wine with your building management as signage is required.
How long does it take from order to delivery? We need at least one day to process your order. When order is placed we will allocate it for the next delivery day (Tuesday or Friday).
What is our return policy?
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase invoice date, against in-shop credit ONLY.
- No money refund is provided, only in-store credit - to be used within 30 days of receiving credit.
- Returns ONLY possible in the shop.
- Products have to be returned with the original receipt and in the original condition.
- In the case of cork taint, we provide a full refund with shop credit. Condition being that the bottle has to maintain at least 80% of the original wine volume. Shop credit to be used within 30 days.
- In case the bottle is faulty (cork taint or else), the French Flair staff takes the final decision on returns, and have the right to limit or decline a return against shop credit when not in accordance with the French Flair return policy requirements.
- Products on Promotion are not eligible for a return.
- Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund on any shipping fees charged for the original order.
Can I cancel my order? Once the payment is made, and order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled.
